RAMIREZ is responsible for this Statement. The current privacy policy covers the physical and logical channels, including our mobile applications, social networks, mobile devices as well as other places and/or sites that mention the referred policy.

RAMIREZ will not market or share its customer and partner database with third parties.

1.6. Who has access to your personal data?

RAMIREZ does not disclose to third parties any personal data of its Customers, Partners and Users, without their prior consent, except
(1) when it comes to Grupo RAMIREZ companies, or
(2) where this is necessary for RAMIREZ employees, staff, suppliers or business partners to provide a product or service or perform a function on behalf of RAMIREZ, or
