Enriched with omega-3 fatty acids, essential to the body, Tuna Functional® is effective in providing eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) fatty acids, which benefit metabolic functions, such as blood pressure regulation and normal heart activity. This multidisciplinary team of researchers has proven the bioavailability (the degree to which a substance is absorbed and becomes available for use at the site of action) of omega-3 fatty acids in this canned functional tuna.

EPA and DHA contribute for the normal functioning of the heart – 250 mg / day.
DHA contributes for the maintenance of normal vision – 250 mg / day.
EPA and DHA contribute for the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels – 2 g / day.
